Group Class: Yoga for Women’s Midlife Transitions

Instead of fighting the changes, this series will teach you to work with your body's natural rhythms. Through intentional breathwork, restorative movement, and Ayurvedic principles, you will learn how to:
· Soothe your nervous system and manage stress
· Strengthen your body to maintain bone density, mitigate muscle loss, and support arterial health
· Reclaim midlife as an opportunity for deep self-care and vitality
This isn't just about managing symptoms; it’s a journey toward recalibrating your well-being so you can step into your second spring feeling strong, grounded, and connected.

Sessions 2 & 3: 60-minute tailored practices focused on your specific needs.
